职位描述
Job Description:
Daily Jobs
1.Receive Requisition form from Customer by Fax or Email or on-line system.
2.Confirm the job time/ address/ service request/ carton numbers and quantity with Customers.
3.Track out the record from system and issue " Work Order" to operation team before 16:00 each day.A reminder from MIS should be sent simultaneously to Operation team.
4.After job done, receive signed documents from customers,file accordingly and check the status/location in system daily to ensure record veracity.
5.Print labels with valid barcode and forward to Operation Dept.one day before job date should there be any request for new records pick-up by Customer.
6.Work closely with RMS Operation team to ensure standard and timely service to Customer.
7.Keep good relationship with Customer by constant communication and assistance.
Date Management
1. Contract management which includes filing hardcopy of each contract, 30 days pre-notice to Manager for expired contract, contract submission to designated Customers, providing backup data(like records activity, status report) of the Customer for the purpose of contract renewing etc.
2. Work out status report from system and send to customers for check/confirmation on a monthly basis.
3. Issue draft invoice on a monthly or quarterly basis and send to customers after approval by Assistant Sales Manager.
4. Work together with A/R for the follow-up of timely payment.
5. Receive discrepancy report from System Adminstrator on a monthly basis,check the related records/locations with combined support from the Operation Dept.to restore all discrepancy intra-month.
Sales/Marketing
1.Maintain goood relationship with existing clients.
2.Provide sales tour/presentation to potential customers.
3.Analyze the marketing data and increase the sales revenue.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree
2.2 years work experience
3.Must have strong attention to detail and good administration skills
4.Good command of English Reading and Mandarin
5.Self motivated with excellent communication and interpersal skill
6.Able to work under pressure
7.Be willing to work overtime when it is needed.
