？Finish training audience demand survey&analysis as work allocation by Training Project Leader according to training project development requirement.
？Assist to implement training courseware package development as work allocation by Training Courseware Leader according to training courseware development requirement.
？Organize and deliver training course(Business/Product/Technology/Management, etc,.) to internal and external customers(new and already cooperation distributors & retailers)by suitable training delivery model according to project proceeding calendar.
？Follow up training effect & evaluation, then summarize feedback to Training Project Leader and Regional Office Manager.
？Assist to finish the training cost reimbursement on time.
？Seminar supporting on site as work allocation according to Regional Office Seminar calendar.
？Other activities supporting as work allocation.
？Collect and summarize training feedback and improvement plan.
？Plan yearly and monthly regional training calendar.
？Control regional office training project development and training delivery by Regional Office Manage requirement.

2 years of Training or coaching experience of distributor or retailer. working experience in foreign company or automotive or auto parts industry is a plus.

College degree or equivalent, preferably marketing or commercial or Engineering background, Bachelor degree of business or management is a plus.
Professional Training delivery knowledge skill needed, economic analysis & cost/benefit analysis preferred.Tire or Automotive spare parts industry knowledge is a plus.
