Key Responsibility
1. Strategy initiate and implement in the job areas
2. Drive cost reduction, improve the delivery, quality and services level
3. Get better payment days, target 90 days
4. Supplier sourcing, development and consolidation
5. Supplier performance evaluation and management
6. Quotation / contract negotiation and response timely
7. Communication across different functions, support new projects
8. Market information collection, report to management for decision making
9. Arrange daily job logically, and report progress periodically
10. To work with team, share experience and knowledge, achieve KPI together
11. Comply with the superior instruction, cooperate assigned team work schedule

REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum a Diploma. An Engineering or commercial degree of 4 years education is preferred.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in MRO sourcing or purchasing area in industrial environment
3. Good communication and reporting skill
4. Similar industry working experience is prefered
5. Familiar with MS office, familiar SAP is prefered
