Major Responsibilities

☆ 定期与销售人员沟通，准确掌握客户己下订单的情况以及了解相关的订单预测

Periodically communicate with sales people, know well customer placed orders as well as orders forecast；

☆ 通过与客户及销售人员沟通，明确客户的需求和要求，并将相关信息传达给公司相关部门，以确保满足客户的需求和要求

Through closely communicate with customer and sales people, understand the requests and expectations of customer. At the same time, transmit the requests and expectations to inter association departments to ensure to meet with customer requests and expectations；

☆ 根据输入ERP系统中的订单产生物料需求，并将此需求转化成采购订单(PO)发给供应商，同时很好地督导供应商确保物料在要求的期限内准时交付

Generate material requests according to orders in ERP system, and generate requested material PO(purchase order) and send PO to supplier. Moreover, supervise supplier well to ensure material delivered on-time within limited time；

☆ 根据客户要求的交货日期，安排生产计划，确保准时如期交付客户需要的产品

According to customer request delivery term, arrange production planning to ensure to deliver customer request product on-time；

☆ 控制原料与成品库存，在满足准时交付客户产品的前提下控制库存至尽可能低的水平

Control raw materials and finishing products stock, on the basis of fully meeting with delivering customer request product on-time, control the stock at possible lowest level；

☆ 根据客户要求的交货期限或公司制定的相关目标，对供应商的交货期限提出要求与改进建议

According to customer request delivery term and company setting objectives, arise the requests as well as improvement proposals about raw material delivery term to supplier；

☆ 根据客户反馈的质量信息或公司制定的相关目标，对供应商交付的原材料质量提出要求与改进建议

According to customer feedback information about quality and company setting objectives, arise the requests as well as improvement proposals about raw material quality to supplier；

☆ 与工厂内部其他部门保持很好地沟通与密切合作，以确保运作的顺利进行；

Keep sound communication and close cooperation with inter departments to ensure operation smoothly；

☆ 及时处理突发事件，并确保其得到及时解决

Dispose accident issues to ensure them solved timely；

☆ 其它指定的工作

Other assigned work.

Qualifications: 大专或以上学历，工程或管理专业/College or above, major in Engineering or Management

Experience: 3年或以上生产计划与物料管理经验，对ERP/MRP系统有较好的了解并能熟练使用/Over 3 years of working experience in production planning and material control, familiar with ERP/MRP and have well skills in using the system

Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):

☆ 对生产计划管理与安排有很好的经验与能力，能满足客户快速的、多变的要求

Have good experience and ability in production planning management, meet with customer’s requests and expectations in quickly change environment；

☆ 对ERP/MRP有很好的了解并熟练使用

Familiar with ERP/MRP, and have good skills in using the system；

☆ 能很好地领会与掌握客户及销售人员的要求与期望，并在充分沟通的基础上将其转化为工厂内部的行动

Understand well the requests and expectations of customer and sales, moreover, transfer the requests and expectations into inter actions after fully negotiation with association departments；

☆ 有很好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能跟踪事情的发展与结果直至完成；

Sound communication skills and team work, well track the progress and result of things until the goal achieved；

☆ 好英语沟通能力，包括说、读、写；

Good English in spoken, reading and writing；

☆ 好的电脑技能；

Good computer skill；
