Key Responsibilities
Driving business growth (mainly in Contract Logistics services) and associated by offering world class standard solution and proposal
Planning and scoping of customer requirements for transformation into a business case
Designing in respect of all solution design, costing, framework, modelling, and KPI formulation
Utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modelling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options including warehouse location, warehouse layout, MHE and distribution network
Being the subject matter expert both internally and externally; working with relevant parties in an agreed time frame to produce professional proposals
Building and optimizing the cost models to simulate the cost picture for P&L analysis
Driving RFI/RFQ process from solution perspective including pricing to support sales
Participating in customer presentations specially when technical clarification is required
Managing sales and project pipeline and report the progress to senior management team on regular basis
Researching with proper channel to market and competitors for benchmark analysis on regular basis; best in class solutions sharing
Working closely with implementation managers and operation team on seamless project follow-through
Liaising with cluster managers, key account managers and sales managers on business development and solutions optimization
Driving existing operation optimization projects

Who we are looking for
Min. 5 years of experience in contract logistics with solid experience in transport and warehousing experience, and proven track record in logistics solution design, RFI/RFQ handling, warehouse layout design and project management.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or related discipline.
Six Sigma, SCOR and Lean knowledge preferable
Knowledge and experience of operational and modelling systems
Good understanding of finance
Familiar with local Contract Logistics market (China)
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Familiar with international logistics with good understanding in trade and customs regulations
A problem solver; open, flexible and good attention to detail; good analytical skills
Strong drive and self initiated
Strong commitment on the deliverables
Independent, well organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Very good English and Mandarin
Very good presentation skills
A good communicator, ability to work through third party teams including overseas contacts
