职位要求： - Support HRD to carry out the recruitment works base on talent needs, meet the recruitment KPI and ensure hiring quality.
- Independently handle the whole recruitment process of assigned vacancies.
- Select the suitable channel and post the positions to the internal and external channels.
- Establish and maintain the on-line recruitment channel.
- Statistics and analysis of recruitment data, summed up of recruitment result.
- Support HRD to carry out the annual campus recruiting project
