Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

▪ Manages daily warehouse and packing work. 负责仓库、包装的日常管理工作
▪ Arranges necessary manufacturing material, parts, monitors parts receiving, storage and delivery, ensures shipping goods are properly marked, preserved and packed, ensures all the packing materials ie cases are available pre-shipment, coordinates packing with shipping department.
安排生产所需材料、零件及相关物品的入库、贮存、发放，确保待出货产品合理地标识、存放和包装，确保所有的包装材料在出货前准备就绪，与出货部门协调包装工作
▪Timely registers the receiving parts, updates inventory records and tidy related paper work
及时登记台帐，更新库存数据和整理相关文件
▪Submits slips and related report forms to finance department and other departments, daily work assignment for warehouse keeper and packers.
向财务部和相关部门提交单据和相关报表，对仓库管理员及仓库包装员日常作业的分派
▪Demonstrates main leadership in all GE safety policies.
配合执行公司的安全政策,发挥监督管理作用
▪ Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ Honest and responsible, excellent record keeping and organization skills
诚实可靠、认真负责，记录保存能力强，较好的组织管理能力
▪ Knows basic quality system preferable to person who has ERP system experience. 质量体系基本常识；有接触过ERP系统经验者优先
▪ Good relationship with other colleagues. 良好的人际关系
▪ Basic English ability of reading and writing e-mail.
能读懂英文资料，进行英文E-mail联系
▪ Senior high school, vocational school diploma or above in mechanic disciplines高中、中专或技校毕业以上，机械相关专业
▪ At lease five-year experience of warehouse management.
仓库管理五年以上
▪Knows basic quality system preferable to person who has ERP system experience. 有接触过ERP系统经验者优先
▪ Experienced in ERP有企业管理信息系统（ERP）的认识和使用经验

Educational Certification 毕业证
Hold the forklift driving license具有驾驶叉车证。
