数据录入：
l To be responsible for inventory control
负责货物情况的跟踪管理；
2 To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date entry.
确保数据的准确及时性，及时更新数据；
3 To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
文件的整理归档和其他内部的行政工作；
4 To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
关于操作一系列问题随时与上级进行沟通与反馈；
5 To maintain good rapport with customer.
保持和维护和谐的客户关系；
6 To make necessary recommendations to management for improvement in work methods to enhance overall work efficiency.
向上级提出提高工作效率或完善工作流程的建议；
7 To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.
完成上级安排的其他事务工作。
该岗位需要上中班，中班时间为下午13：00-22:00
