工作职责：
1. 深入开发目标渠道以及核心终端用户
2. 提升产品在经销商和核心终端用户处的销量和利润
3. 持续导入新产品，提升扩大业务
4. 制定和执行公司相关销售和促销政策
5. 配合经销商和营运团队，不断提升产品的特性和销售服务
6. 确保应收账款及时到位
7. 针对经销商作季度培训
8. 分析竞品信息和整体市场趋势

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，工商管理或者市场营销相关专业毕业，5年以上外资公司工作经验
2. 流利的中英文口语和书写
3. 有商用清洁产品、餐饮、酒店或者工业劳防用品相关经验者优先，了解塑料产品工具者优先
4. 熟练使用Excel, Word和Power Point

Main Responsibilities:
1. Driving target channel distribution development to enhanced penetrations and building superior relationships with Key End Users Accounts within the assigned geographic area and target segment (or industry)
2. Maximize product portfolio with distribution customers & key end user accounts
3. Enhance assigned target channels/geographic area business with the addition of new product introductions.
4. Formulate and execute sales & promotion plan which are in line with company strategies to drive sales and profitability for Rubbermaid Commercial Product business
5. Partnering with distributors and internal operating to execute product’s selling strengths and promote products and services.
6. Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection
7. Conduct product trainings to distributors quarterly
8. Provide field analysis on competitions, and general marketplace activities

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in business or marketing disciplines with at least 5 years’ field sales experiences in MNCs environment.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
3. Experiences in Commercial Cleaning, Food Service, Hospitality or Industrial MRO will be very highly preferred. Working knowledge of plastics tools will be advantageous.
4. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
