GE石油天然气压力控制（苏州）有限公司（原伍德压力控制（苏州）有限公司）成立于2007年1月，于2011年4正式加入GE， 工厂位于苏州工业园区，整合后属于GE能源集团下的石油与天然气集团，产品包括节流阀，闸阀等各种阀门以及各种井口设备。我们的产品按照美国石油标准协会（API ）6A标准进行生产并获得认证，并且通过ISO 9001 质量体系认证、ISO 14001环境管理体系认证及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

目前，苏州工厂约有150名员工，7000平方米的车间具备全面的制造（机加工，自动堆焊）、装配测试及检验能力，同时还提供先进的培训、售后服务及支持，为井口压力控制应用提供定制化产品、服务及诊断设备。

GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co, Ltd (The former Wood Group Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co., Ltd) was acquired by GE Oil & Gas in April’ 2011. The facility locates in Suzhou Industrial Park with key technologies on Chokes, Valves and wellheads. The facility is ISO9001, ISO14004, OHSAS18001 registered and licensed. The products are certified for API 6A.

Up to today the 7000 square meter workshop provides complete manufacturing (including machining and automated cladding), assembly, testing and inspection services for our full line of wellhead pressure control equipment with approximately 150 employees

Role Summary/Purpose
The Operations Manager will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the responsible area. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities
• Provide total cell / group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, moral, quality, cost, production and compliance
• Lead cell / group to achieving goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction
• Ensure communication of key business / customer issues to employees
• Direct the manufacturing of production and development of hardware
• Responsible for meeting all established cost, quality, and delivery commitments
• Ensure assigned employees are aware / comply with all GE, government, customer and applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• Pursue state of the art technology and processes to enhance product / process producibility and delivered quality requirements
• Develop necessary business plans to enhance all program requirements, including throughput, labor hours, cycle, cost producibility, and image
•Control and conduct capability and development training with employees.
•Supervise entire operation of production, warehouse, planning, provide leadership.
- Provide solutions for Operational Technical issues.
- Control costs of Operation efficiently
- Manage plant maintenance
- Liase and promote teamwork with all other departments.
- Investigate and implement improved processes where feasible
•Maximize the efficiency of workshop, planning, warehouse activities and effective employment utilization.
•Special projects or assignments as directed by Plant Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Degree in Numerical control.
• Six sigma belt qualification.
• 3 years minimum Supervisory experience in role reporting to this Position.
• 3 years minimum manufacturing experience in Oil & Gas Pressure Control equipment
• Written & verbal communication skill in English.
