Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the maintenance and management of the equipment and tooling. Setup and maintain spare parts safety stock. Setup and follow the maintenance plan of the equipment and tooling. Reduce the downtime of the equipment, reduce maintenance cost.
负责对全厂设备设施/模具/工装夹具的管理及日常的维护保养，建立合理的备件库存，按计划对设备/模具/工装夹具进行定期保养和年度保养，不断减少故障率，降低维修成本，确保符合安全和生产的要求。
2.Setup, review and implement the management rule of equipment and tooling.
负责有关设备设施/模具/工装管理制度的制定和修订，并加以贯彻，以达到设施的充分利用。
3.Setup, sort, settle and update the file and record of the equipment. Responsible for the integrality of the record.
负责设备的档案收集、整理、建档、分类、更新与日常借阅登记。对设备档案资料的完整性负责。
4.Plan all the equipment and tooling maintenance, complete and keep maintenance record. Keep all the equipments in good condition.
负责编制设备/模具/工装的年度保养计划，并按规定做好保养记录，确保设备/模具/工装处于较好的状态。
5.Order the spare parts for all the equipments. Found and maintain the spare parts safety stock.
负责对设备/模具备件的管理，确保备件的最低库存以及紧急供货的需要。
6.Work with supplier to maintain the routine electric power and water supply. Continuous reduce supply cost and fix urgent power and water issue.
负责水电气的持续供应和管理，推行节水节电的措施以及在限电期间的用电管理。一旦出现停水停电的情况，应尽快与有关部门取得联系，恢复水电的正常供应。
7.For the equipment maintained with supplier, need work with supplier to follow the maintenance plan and keep the equipment in good condition.
负责设备/模具的委外维修与保养，对于那些特种设备（如行车、空压机设备等）要定期进行委外维护和保养，确保这些设备的安全和状态良好。
8.Responsible for routine maintain and repair of the equipment and tooling, maintenance cost reduction.
负责设备/模具/工装的日常维修的管理，不断提高维修人员的积极性，降低维修成本，保证生产的正常进行。
9.Responsible for new equipment introduction and study.
负责新增设备的选型、供应商的选择及设备技术参数和技术标准的拟定及评判；负责新购设备的验收、登记、资料的收集和归档。
10.Responsible for the management of the asset of whole factory.
负责全厂生产性固定资产的管理，包括固定资产的预算、平衡和固定资金的控制.
11.Finish some other temporary work.
完成领导临时安排的工作。
12.SR target < 9, TRIR target < 0.8, assist HSE team to maintain HSE system.
严重率目标值<9，可记录事故率<0.8，协助HSE做好安全及特种设备的定期校验等方面的工作.
13.Control environment target, index, management plan achievement.
完成对于本部门环境目标、指标，管理方案的达成的监控

Key Competencies:
1.Well know ISO/TS16949 plant management knowledge.
ISO14001/TS16949熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系＆环境管理体系对现场控制方面的要求，
2.Excellent communication skills
良好的沟通协调能力
3.Good management skills
一定的管理能力
4.Good MS office skills
能熟练操作Word/Excel等办公自动化软件
5.Good cost reduction method
具备良好的成本意识

7.Equipment & tooling management experience
具备一定的设备设施/模具/工装维修管理的经验.

Education and Experience:
1.technical secondary school degree in Electrical or Automatic Engineering major.
中专以上学历,理工科机械/电子类
2.At least 5 years working experience in equipment maintenance.
五年以上维修经验;
3.Good command of PC & English.
熟练操作计算机;并具备最基本的英语应用能力
4.Good quality system implements knowledge and skill.
熟悉质量管理体系的运作,接受过相关培训，理解并实施质量标准
