汇报线：质量经理
工作职责:
负责5S审核,过程和成品抽检；集中于分析和改进生产过程发现的品质问题。
Responsible for 5S audit, process and shipping inspection, with focus on analysis and improvement of quality issues in production line.
负责不良品的统计，分析和处理。
Responsible for defect parts statistics, analysis and treatment.
管理质量分析和改进报告。
Conducts quality analysis and improvement reports.
建立新产品的质量检验标准，改进现有质量检验标准。
Establishes quality inspection standards for new products and improves the current inspection standard.
与技术部门协作解决产品规格问题。
Cooperates with R&D regarding to specification issues .
分析顾客抱怨/投诉，改进产品品质。
Analyzes customer complaints and improves product quality accordingly.
维护并管理测试设备。Maintains and manages test equipment. 配合来料QE 解决供应商质量问题。Cooperates with incoming QE for supplier quality issues.
领导，调动员工积极性，提高员工能力。确保员工遵守公司的规章制度。 Leads, motivates and develops subordinates and ensures compliance with internal rules and regulations.
为部门员工安排必要的培训和岗位轮换，提供工作效率，配合体系工程师编制和更新SOPs文件/手册。
Provides necessary training and job rotation to subordinates, enhances working efficiency and creates and update SOPs/Manuals in cooperation with Quality system engineer.
推动，支持公司的发展和调整。
Initiates and supports development and change process.

职位要求：
教育背景/Education:
University degree with electrical, mechanical or relevant technical background
工作经验/Work experience:
具有3-5年外资制造型企业从事质量工作的经验；能熟练使用实验室电气或机械测试设备；具有家电产品经验更有利。
3-5 years working experience in Quality of a multinational manufacturing company; Good experience in laboratory with electrical or mechanical test equipments; home appliance experience beneficial;
较强的品质问题分析处理能力和项目推进能力
Strong quality analysis and project pushing ability.
过程审核、5S审核、审核发现改进经验
Experience for the process audit, 5S audit, audit finding improvement.
品质检验和监控管理经验(过程检验和最终成品抽查检验管理)
Experience for quality inspection and monitoring (PQC and FQC management).
ISO9001相关知识和经验
Profound knowledge with ISO 9001
熟悉品质常用方法和工具，如：FMEA,SPC等
Experience with quality tools, e.g. FMEA, SPC and so on.
熟练使用机械或电器检测设备，如:坐标测量仪，游标卡尺，测力治具，万用表，绝缘测试和温度测试设备。熟悉 TUV, VDE, 3C, UL等家电产品认证标准。
Mechanical test equipment knowledge, such aus coordinate measuring machine, vernier caliper, Force Measurement Gauges; Electrical test equipment knowledge, such as multi-meter, isolation test, temperature test equipments; familiar with the standard of TUV, VDE, 3C, UL approval for home appliance;
