JD:
_Be responsible for keeping the procedure updated and ensuring the department running smoothly and all the staff of quality department shall follow the procedure strictly and ensure the quality system running effectively.
-负责更新部门程序和质量体系的良好运转；
-Be responsible for quality system establishment and maintenance.
Especially establish and maintain HACCP and ISO quality system.
-负责制定并维护质量体系，如HACCP,ISO等；
_Be responsible for pushing relevant department to respect the specific quality requirements from our VIP customers, especially some pet-food customers.

-负责推动相关部门遵守VIP客户提出的特殊质量要求，如一些宠物客户等；
_Push quality objectives realization and ensure quality policy and quality requests from headquarter are implemented effectively.,

-推动质量目标的实现；
-Be responsible for updating HACCP and ISO system documentation.

-负责更新HACCP与ISO体系文件；

-Be responsible for contacting external PCO company and writing/updating <PCO procedure>.

-负责PCO并更新PCO程序；

-Cooperate with QC to ensure the quality of RM & FP

-协调QC保证原料与成品的质量；
-Coordinate QC to investigate quality issues and collect <progress sheet> and <register progress sheet>
-协调QC调查质量问题；
-Report <Score board> to quality director of HQ before 10th every month and CC to GM.
-总部月报；

-Be responsible of the positive release for a VIP customer;

-负责重点客户的产品放行。

Other Demands:
-BTS / Postgraduate in Quality;
-At least 2 years in quality especially industrial enterprise and feed industry is preferred;
-Be familiar with quality regulations, especially ISO,HACCP;
-English fluent in oral and writing and computer skills;
-Analysis and synthesis, sense of client service, reactivity.
