Purpose of Job 职位目的To carry out commissioning activities for CSU teams against to the commissioning plan in construction locations, thereby ensuring a safe and timely start up of the new facilities in line with Company standards and specifications.

Job responsibilities
职责描述
Comply Shell HSSE police and ensure achieve HSSE target in commissioning activities.
Assistant coordinate the commissioning team activities for Zhapu 2X+ (2013) and Tianjin NCO project (2014).
Commissioning of individual systems in accordance with agreed procedures.
Witness mechanical completion handover and achieve pre-commission handover.
Assistant prepare commissioning execution plans and dossiers to facilitate systematic scheduling and handover to operations.
Monitor the construction activities and provide suggestion for the project team to ensure that systems are completed in logical order and in time for a smooth commissioning period and quick start up.
Prepare resource requirements and jointly manage the resources to maximise efficiency.
Manage commissioning cell progress and issues and maintain the tracking database.
Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed by commissioning manager.
Feedback of commissioning and operational learnings into the CSU teams.

Job Requirements
职位要求

Minimum 5 years experience in oil and chemical operations, engineering or maintenance.
Prove well interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of operations, commissioning, fabrication standards, procedure, quality control and quality assessment.
Can endure high work pressure and over time work.
Hold an engineering bachelor.
Experience in oil and chemical facilities design, construction or project engineering is preferred
Experience of commissioning is preferred.
