职责：
负责潜在行业客户的开发，签定正式的人才服务合同；
根据客户的职位需求组织团队进行人员的搜索、面试及评估；
医药行业人才的信息搜索及人才库的积累；
入职人选的后续跟进。
要求：
大学本科及以上学历；有三年以上工作经验，有金融行业猎头经验优先；
良好的沟通、协调能力；良好的文字功底；
较好的商务谈判能力；
个性成熟、稳重；工作富有激情，并能承受一定的工作压力。
待遇：
