Scope of the Job
？ Responsible for the equipment maintenance to ensure the equipment in a good condition
？ Responsible for the selection of new equipment, technical negotiations with customers, installation management, equipment acceptance and hand over to the production departments to ensure the quality of equipment.
？ Responsible for the comprehensive safety and employee health management of equipment maintenance department,

Main Accountabilities
？ 计划，安排和管理活动（如维护项目，停机检修或紧急维修），检查故障和失效状况，确保机器设备运转正常,降低对业务的干扰
Plan, organize and manage activities (such as maintenance projects, maintenance breaking or urgent repairs), check the breakdown and failure status, ensure equipment operation, reduce the interference of the business
？ 制定和执行维修和维护程序，监督成本和效率，优化资源，安排费用，实现时效性、可靠性和安全标准
Make and implement repair and maintenance procedure, monitor costs and efficiency, optimize resources, arrangement fees, achieve timeliness, reliability and safety standards
？ 制订并实施设备的保养计划, 确保设备在良好的状态下运行；
Identify and implement equipment maintenance plan to ensure equipment running in good condition
？ 与设备供应商保持良好沟通，跟进并督促设备供应商解决设备存在的问题
Keep good communication with equipment suppliers, follow up and supervise the equipment suppliers to solve equipment problems
？ 负责公司新增设备的选型、与客户的技术谈判、安装管理、设备验收并交付生产部门使用，保证设备质量。

？ 研究，评估和推荐新的维护设备和工具，提高维修能力,参与技术改进活动，不断提高设备能力及状况；
Research, evaluate and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve maintenance capacity, participation in technical improvement activities to continuously improve equipment capability and status;
？ 评估，选择和管理外部承包商（如建造商、电工），降低成本，确保公司获得令人满意的服务。
Evaluate, select and manage external contractors (eg builders, electricians), reduce costs, ensure a satisfactory service.
？ 联络其它各部门经理（如生产、仓储、设施和工厂经理），协调计划中的维修活动。
Contact the other department managers (such as production, storage, facilities and plant manager) to coordinate the planned maintenance activities.
？ 估计维修项目所需的成本、时间和资源，准备工单，监督进度。
Estimate the cost of maintenance projects, time and resources to prepare work orders, monitoring the progress.
？ 领导，指导，评估和发展维护团队，确保及时精确安全地完成维修和服务活动。
Lead, guide, evaluate and develop maintenance team to ensure maintenance and service activities timely, accurate and safety.
？ 负责整个设备维修部门全面的安全、员工健康管理工作，指导属下主管做好部门所有员工的安全教育、安全检查、员工健康以及确保安全用品的正确使用，杜绝安全事故发生。
Responsible for the comprehensive safety and employee health management of equipment maintenance department, guide inferiors to do good jobs in safety education, safety inspections and employee health, ensure the correct use of safety supplies to prevent accidents.

Minimum Requirements
Educational background:
？ 机电一体化、电气工程或自动化相关专业全日制本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above similar in Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering or automation

Experience:
？ 5年以上动力设备维护保养工作经验，有大型动力设备管理经验；
At Least 5 years working experience in Power equipment maintenance experience, management experience in large-scale power equipment;
Competencies / Skills
Personal competences:
？ 有出色的设备管理经验和人员管理经验，综合分析能力强，具有出色的组织协调及解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
Excellent experience in facilities and personnel management, excellent ability of Comprehensive analysis, excellent organization, coordination, problem-solving skills and good team spirit;

？ 能熟练操作计算机
Good command of computer skills
？ 英语四级以上或具备同等的英语听说读写能力；
Fluent in both oral and written English
？ 善于与不同部门沟通，有服务意识；
Good at communicating with different departments, have good service awareness
？ 具有极强的责任心和安全意识；
a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness;
？ 从事过制造型工厂设备管理者优先
Engaged in manufacturing factory equipment management priority
