Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for TDLTE DSP SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
-Develop the TDLTE DSP base band SW on the TI 64+ DSP, including PHY, MAC, TUP and etc.
-Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface
-Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the TDLTE DSP SW predictably with high quality
Requirements:
-M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
-Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.
-A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing.
-Experience in embedded software, esp. in telecommunication equipment, and knowledge on WCDMA/LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMAX L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, OFDM, MIMO, MAC, TUP, Channel encoding/decoding, etc.)
-Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-3+ Years of working experience in DSP or Base Band fields are preferred
-Experience in Beam-Forming design is a plus.
