Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

Manage the Technical, Engineering and Design operations of the company by carrying out the following functions:
负责公司技术、工程及设计的运作。具体职责如下：
1. Manage the design of new hydraulic fitting products or re-design of existing products, seeking the approval of the HO Engineering Department with the aim of meeting the required industry quality standards and Group objectives, through the use of effective production techniques and quality materials.
负责管理液压接头新产品的设计、现有产品的再设计；利用有效的生产技术和优质原材料，以符合相关行业质量标准及集团目标为原则，并由总公司工程部门认可后进行生产;
2. Determine and set out the sequence of production operations, and determine equipment and tooling requirements.
制定并执行生产运作的工序，决定设备和工装的需求;
3. Maintain economical production methods by continuously analysing the same to ensure time and cost objectives are met.
通过反复分析保证时间及成本目标来保持具有经济效益的生产方法；
4. Provide Technical and Engineering support to the company’s Sales Department
向公司销售部门提供技术和工程支持。

Job Requirements 任职条件

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Mechanical Manufacturing.
本科（含）以上学历，机械制造专业毕业；
2. Minimum 5 yrs solid experience in Mechanical industry .
5年（含）以上从事机械行业的工作经验；
3. Computer literate, hands-on experience in Auto CAD and Pro-E.
会熟练应用Office办公软件，Auto CAD及Pro-E制图软件；
4. Good command of written & oral English, passed CET6.
要求通过并获得6级英语等级证书，并会熟练听、读、写英文。
