Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring the daily tasks on static equipment are performed in compliance with safety requirements, health and environmental regulations; Coordinate and join in JSA and PHA before maintenance activities implementation in plant; Monitor LOTOTO implementation and apply “Take Care” in practice; Contribute to team and plant KPIs achievement Coordinate among plant shift leaders, plant process engineers and equipment engineers in daily maintenance activities and plant modifications; Assist and support plant critical rotating and static equipment engineers in making the preventive planning, management procedures or routines within mechanical equipment area; Assist and support plant critical rotating and static equipment engineers in monitoring and analyzing rotating equipment status, proposing improvements to equipment or preventive maintenance strategies and updating technical documentation. Assist critical rotating equipment engineer in defining spare parts for plant rotating equipment as well as reviewing the spare parts list regularly, e.g. delete the ones not needed, add new ones missing, adjust the minimum storage quantity, etc; Be responsible for keeping track on the status of daily maintenance activities and modifications from plant side; Supervise equipment repairs and executions done by SU technicians and/or contractor from plant side; The person by assisting and supporting plant maintenance manager to control progress, resources, etc in plant turn around or overhaul; assist plant maintenance coordinators in plant corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and modifications, etc if asked; Any other tasks which are not included in above items but assigned to him by team leader.
Requirements:
College degree or above; Major in Chemical Machinery or mechanical related. Above 3 years experience in plant mechanical equipment maintaining of chemical industry; Know SAP PM process is preferable; Excellent communication skills; Know the concepts of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance; Have good team spirit and initiatives.
