Summary:

Responsible for all development and design activities related to monitoring and control aspects in the product development/execution stage.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

l Three-dimensional scanning the fluid power components of centrifugal pump and finish the report.

l Help Quality Engineer to analyze and judge according to the scan report.

l Help Casting Designer to detailed process analyzing and drawing.

l Communication, supervision and guidance with supplier in the casting technology to ensure the high quality of the product

l Actively participate in research and improvement project, organized and efficient.

进行离心泵流体部件的三维曲线扫描Scanning分析，并作出分析报告。

帮助质量工程师进行扫描报告的分析和判断。

帮助设计师进行铸造工艺的分析，铸造图纸的制作。

和供应商进行铸造技术的沟通，监督和指导，以保证产品具有良好的铸造性能和品质。

积极参与研发或者改进的项目，保证项目的流程和质量，时间。

和设计师共同参与新产品的开发。

l Part 2. Describe the Person

Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.

(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs

l At least Bachelor degree in Casting or Mechanical

l Minimum 2 year work experience in casting design or inspection of casting, knowledge of centrifugal pump product is preferred.

l Familiar with casting process, can analyze casting defect independently and give the solution.

l Proficient in Pro/E and related tool suites, knowledge of three-dimensional scanning is preferred

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

l Willing to learn anything new.

l Problem-solving and analytical skills.

l Interpersonal and communication skills

l Good English skills for reading and writing, good oral English is highly preferred

铸造专业，或者机械专业，大学本科以上

铸件设计或铸件检验工程师背景，2 年以上工作经验。 熟悉铸造工艺， 能分析铸件缺陷，并给出解决方案。

熟悉离心泵产品最佳。

能使用PROE 软件， 熟悉三维扫描最佳。

工作主动、认真负责， 能独立分析解决问题， 具有团队精神。

具有学习任何新知识的意愿和能力。

能读写英文，能交流最佳。
