Work closely with Group HR manager, China and the Regional CEO to clarify HR process to be implemented within each business and identify effective measurement systems to demonstrate improvements.
The successful candidate must be able to display the ability to create open lines of communication with HR Managers within each of our local businesses.
Ability to identify and resolve challenges each HR Manager is experiencing within their business and provide solutions.
Share information in relation to processes and initiatives that are working effectively within a business and share these initiatives with other HR Managers within other businesses.
Ensure standardization of the recruitment processes within all business units and ensure that this process is delivered in a efficient, effective, professional manner and in accordance with company policies and standards.
Conduct an analysis in relation to staff turnover identifying solutions and provide necessary training and support.
Monitor the information released in the monthly HR report within each business and identify areas requiring immediate focus.
Ensure all process outlined in the HR Bible are being followed within each business unit.
To coordinate with HR managers from each business, and to train the HR manager in new expansion office to help them set up all HR procedures and polices

Assist in the compilation of HR presentation materials, such as create charts, graphs, and slides and prepare business correspondence for executives/managers

Communicate and cooperate with all departments, assist the HRD in liaisons with the local HR managers regarding HR/project liaison meetings, HR review, etc.


Requirements:

Minimum 7-10 years experience within the recruitment/search industry
Bachelor Degree or above
Ability to conduct business meetings through English
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in working with senior level managers
Team player
Excellent presentation skills
