POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Support FP&A manager for ITS A/P region reporting and do better controllership job in terms of building up policies, setting up process, accounting/financial fundamentals in AP HQ functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support to FP&A manager for ITS A/P region reporting role, and focus on cost, expense & cash-flow
2. Coordinate monthly analysis of operating result of the responsible business unit that identify the issues, risk and opportunities
3. Closely working with A/P HQ functions including HR, Finance, IT, Customer Experience, Services, Product Management, etc. on monthly/quarterly/ annually activities
4. Ensure accuracy of actual financials through better visibility for A/P HQ.
5. Setup robust processes and consistent policy for A/P HQ to enable efficient and effective financial analysis
6. Act as a strong internal interface with A/P HQ function leaders
7. Ensure internal controls are in place in A/P HQ. Review them periodically to improve any inefficiency for any internal controls.
8. Ad Hoc assignments

Qualifications:

(Limit your answer to 5 to 10 statements of important requirements)
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2. CPA/ACCA will be a Plus,
3. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Big 4 accounting firm working experience is preferable
4. Strong analytical and good English & Mandarin language skills. Strong communication skills.
5. Team work player with outstanding inter personal skill.
6. Excellent proficiency in micro-office office software, i.e. spreadsheet applications
