Responsibilities
Role Description
1.Be medical expert in Cough and Cold (C&C) areas in Asia Pacific
2.Provide timely and professional medical input to C&C unmet medical needs, including existing and new products
3.Establish and maintain good relationships with KOLs based on products and projects needs.
4.Conduct medical and product training in C&C areas
5.Handle C&C related medical inquiry along with medical information function
6.Budget management in C&C field
7.Coordinate global project teams to manage clinical trials in OTC and health food.

Responsibilities
New product medical support
1.Work closely with R&D, marketing and regulatory to proactively provide medical input for new product development, for example, claims, dosage, and formulation scientific support
2.Clinical trials for registration purposes
a)Support to achieve high quality and timeliness of clinical trials initiated from Global.
b)Manage clinical trials from regional medical perspectives, coordinate KOL and study lab selection, budget estimation, etc. according to ICH-GCP and PCH SOPs.
c)Be involved in operations of clinical trials, such as review of clinical protocols, informed consent, CRFs and study reports.

Post marketing support
1. Develop medical strategy to meet business needs
2. Initiate medical projects according to medical strategy, e.g. post marketing studies and advisory board meetings, and implement accordingly to support business. Ensure medical budget is met in C&C field
3. Provide medical information support to business partners along with Medical Information function
4. Provide routine medical supports, e.g. promotional material review, Health Hazard Assessment, Customer Engagement Programs, Q&A and publication support, to Asia Pacific region.
5. Provide professional therapeutic area/products trainings to business partners periodically and as needed
6. Establish and maintain good relationships with KOLs in C&C areas and per project needs

Qualifications
Master or above degree with clinical medicine, pharmacy or life sciences background
More than 3 years Medical and Clinical Affairs experience including experience in clinical research with strong knowledge of GCP, clinical trial design and operation
Excellent oral and written English
Experience in OTC area esp. Cough and Cold/Respiratory related background highly preferred
Good business acumen
Strong ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Good problem solving skill
