Responsibility:
?Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger for China entities;
?Prepare reconciliation on Balance Sheet accounts and revenue related accounts in a timely manner and monitor the correction of errors in the following month;
?Involving to the month-end/Year end closing process with Asia Pac Core Team and other finance teams across the globe;
?Timely submission against tight deadlines of quarterly & annual SEC schedules and various other internal and external reports;
?Responsible for inventory and physical count for SH WOFE;
?Liaison with external auditors for annual statutory audit and other ad hoc tax/financial audits, to ensure China entities get a clean report on financial accounts or whatever area audited;

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
? Fluent in English
? More than 4 years experience in general ledger accounting in line with both local and US GAAP;
? Familiar with SOX requirements;
? Has experience in using ERP (Peoplesoft of Oracle GL experience a plus);
? Experience in US based company is a definitely advantage
