Responsibilities:
1. Documentation management:
(1)collect relevant files and documents, editing and checking, filing, etc.,
(2)document assorting, office work, as well as assist the marketing manager for the relevant work.
2. Collecting:
(1)assist to collect any data, documentation, and do according to the request
(2)assist to analysis data
(3)set up and maintain as well as update the marketing information（e.g maintain customer data base）, translating and editing works.
3. Marketing activities:
(1)support to make working schedules and realization of marketing activities, incl,but not limited to such as: printing, trade shows/symposium organization, advertisement, maintaining the internet presence, placement of press release, etc.,
(2)make contact with the publishing house, press, deliver general communications to the customers.
(3)plan and implement effective marketing strategies
(4)develop marketing activity in a variety of medias, e.g. brochures, ads to effectively present Schuler’s Products in the target market.

Qualifications:
1. Education background: bachelor degree above, major at marketing and sales, or public relation,
2. Working experience: relevant working experience with 5 years above.
3. Skill or knowledge:
(1) with strong sense of sales and marketing knowledge, able to communicate with a customer, and know their ideas and demand.
(2) With good knowledge of data analysis
(3) With Chinese language as a mother tongue, fluent English in spoken and written.
(4) Good skill of computer operation, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Plus:
strong ability of marketing business communicating, be creative, dynamic and proactive.
Team working spirit, able to share information & sources, easy going with other colleagues, with multi-national working experience.
Able to solve problem independently, able to find a quick and effective measures to settle the problem.
