职位描述
This position will drive prospecting and sourcing strategy and own candidate generation for a range of complex/critical highly technical positions within a business unit. This position will work with internal partners such as hiring managers, staffing consultants and central sourcing to meet the staffing plan for the group. Demonstrated success in sourcing core technical candidates via internet, job boards, researching and cold-calling a must!
Responsibilities Include:
- Own and drive candidate generation for your aligned business unit(s).
- Partner with staffing consultants and hiring managers to meet the needs of the business.
- Attract and Screen qualified candidates for priority positions.
- Engaging key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of this unique client as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace.
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces-- including driving a business plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.
- Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
- Employ strategic consulting and influencing skills in order to provide staffing expertise and recommendations.
Qualifications Include:
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience: 6+ years of related Recruiting experience.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management internally.
- Effective strategic thinking, executive search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
- Passion for and significant experience with identifying, screening, interviewing and qualifying technical candidates such as Software Development Engineers, Software Development Engineers in Test and Program Managers.
- Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as, annual hiring plan, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and cost/time to hire standards.
