Purpose：

Process AR transactions, in line with defined performance standards and individual/group targets. Timely communicate with relevant department and entity to solve AR issues. Support other team members from IHC and GTT in achieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high levels of customer service are maintained.

Responsibilities：

1.Handle daily billing process for GTT and IHC.

2.Keep accurate finance record in Oracle system, and account reconciliation for AR related sub-ledger.

3.Process intercompany receivable including debit / credit memo issues.

4.Perform monthly debt reconciliation with inter-company, and proactive follow up AR collection to avoid pass due.

5.Liaise with internal department for effective solutions to problem resolution.

6.Prepare and send monthly I/C confirmations (debtors).

7.To deal with month end closing affairs related AR part.

8.Assist various month end closing related works.

9.Support balance sheet reconciliation on A/R.

10.Cooperation with external and internal audit if needed.

11.Other jobs assigned by department leader.

Qualification:

1.College degree or above with corresponding knowledge in accounting

2.Preferred work experience of 1-2 years or more in finance related tasks,Knowledge of AR accounting principles, activities and processes

3.Good PC skill, especially in Excel, Oracle experience is preferred

4.Fluent level both in spoken and written

5.Serious,have sense of responsibility
