Job title: 董事高级助理（Senior Assistant to Director）

Company Description:
A fast growing Asian multi-national automotive related industrial company with 2011 revenue of over RMB15 billion, it has 7 world-scale manufacturing plants located in 5 cities in China and its operational headquarter in Shanghai. The Company distributes its products through an extensive sales and distribution network in China and exports its products to over 100 international markets.

Main responsibilities:
-Work closely with director to achieve business objectives and company goals.
-Assist director to keep the business operations/projects organized, on track and move forward.
-Conduct business & operation management under director’s guidance.

Requirement:
1. Age range: 25-35
2. Educational qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above in Technology, Management or Finance, MBA is preferred.
3. Working experience:
-At least 3 years work experience in international company, manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
-Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
-Has the ability to handle multiple priorities
4. Language:
-Fluent in English & Chinese Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
5. Personality:
-Good communication and organization skill
-Open mind and strategic view
-Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, mature and reliable
-Loyalty, integrity
-Detail oriented
-Willing to learn and quick to learn
-Able to work under pressure and willing to business trip.
