职位描述

工作职责

- Lead the planning and implementation of project, projects including mainly game publishing or game development.
- Develop project plans, scope, schedule and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Liaise with clients/vendors to manage expectations, content provision and approval deadlines
- Manages day-to-day execution or operational aspects of a project and scope
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Coordinate with different parties and being the bridge in between development, graphics, localization, system & business development from different team and countries
教育背景

- Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science, Computer Management, Computer Programming, Management of Information Systems or any web - based related technology courses
- Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP)
技能和语言能力

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Korean and Mandarin.
- Familiar with Game Development cycle, good technical experiences in regards of browser games & mobile games development
- Familiar with project management tool (MS Project, Basecamp, or any PM tools or system)
- Familiar with Social Network System (Facebook, twitter, weibo…etc), or any web2.0 concept
经验要求

- Good knowledge in game industry or related aspects, majority game development, game operation or publishing, experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of project management, knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
能力要求

- Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and environments in order to get projects completed in a professional and efficient manner.
- Strong communication skill
- Must be self-motivated, good team-player & result-oriented
