Responsible for planning and leading Customer Services function to deliver best of class services to underpin the business loyalty of customers.
? Strategically build and manage China CS function. Lead the design and implementation of service solutions and processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction and reduced costs.
? Responsible for the actual monthly, quarterly and annual analysis CS, this position involves building a close team working relationship and actively coordinating with other functions in the organization.
? Build relationships with other functional leaders especially with Sales function, to promote collaboration on key business objectives regionally，and in a long term globally.
? Make sure the operation is compliance with external and internal corporate regulations.
? Develop team culture and employee professional skills training and certification systems.
? Set performance management goals and measures to optimize staff behavior and input to business obligations, as well as talent development for sustaining and growing talent pool. Provide effective, timely and relevant training and development opportunities within the CS Function.

Requirements
? Bachelor Degree or above.
? Minimum of 8 years CS management experience in a leadership role at a large national corporation
? Experience in establishing CS infrastructure in China for an expanding, multi-national organization desired, especially the on-line product services experience.
? Problem-solver by using common sense and hands-on approach with attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, people management skills.
? Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
? Internet industry experience is a plus
