Job description:

QA and Coordinator
* Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet company quality standards
- Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) on materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
* Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories to ensure product quality
- Answer merchandisers` enquiries on quality and material issues
-Give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality
* Provide advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
- Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality
- Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process
- Update files to track production status
* QC coordination and management
- Arrange QC inspection schedule by merchandisers' application
- Collect, check, comment QC report.
* Communication to Head office
-Keep close communication to Head office to make sure new requirement/standard fully updated in Shanghai office.
* Coach QC
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management

QC inspection
* Conduct in-line and final product inspections against company quality manuals
Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality etc.
- Review shipment samples
- Solve minor quality issues with factories



Requirements:

* College graduate & above ,or related discipline (Major in Electronics preferable)
* 5 years relevant working experience or above will be regarded as advantage.
* With QA management background and much electrical home appliance & power tools knowledge preferable
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Open and creative mind
* Willing to travel on business intensively
* Good English both in writing and speaking
