1 JOB SUMMARY
Provide generalist support to all line functions of the HR Operations organization, ensuring the effective implementation and sustainment of Corperate /BU HR policies, processes and practices. Involve in business process and provide HR consultation/services to the Wireless SH SBU for sustainable business growth.
2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acquire understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives
2. Lead and manage HR team to support 4 sites operation.
3. Responsible for the smooth running of all HR operations and functions, including Leadership and Management development, employee education and development, career and succession planning and reward and remuneration policies and the development of the HR team.
4. Establish and maintain a recruitment service which identifies and hires individuals who possess skills and abilities to grow within the department and the company, and who contribute to business goals and objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues.
6. Coach and build site HR capability and continually improve on HR processes and tools.
7. Fosters trust and teamwork.
8. Promote / build up company culture, increase employee satisfaction level through various employee activities, company culture communication sessions, benefits program and recognition program.
9. Effective communication with corporate/regional HR team to implement corporate initiatives and programs.
3 REQUIREMENT
University graduate with major in HR management
At least 7 years' HR experience with no less than 5 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities
Good organizational and planning abilities.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
Comfortable interacting with and presenting to Senior Management
Resourcefulness in identifying cost effective solutions.
Sound quantitative and statistical reasoning skills
Good networking ability with industry HR practitioners.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability
Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.
