1. 本科及以上学历,具备4年以上工作经验,出色的中英文口语和书面表达能力,熟练使用Microsoft办公软件。在客服行业的相关工作经历者优先。

We Seek for Candidates with the Followings Attributes
1. International mindset, willing and always open to learn, passionate about customer service, and result-driven oriented
2. Degree/diploma qualification with 2 years' working experience, proficient in written and oral English and Chinese, and computer savvy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals)
3. Experienced in customer service an advantage
4. Enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock services
5. Planning and organizational ability, excellent spoken and written communication skills, and outstanding customer interaction skills

Position: Training Supervisor
This position is responsible for delivering high quality training and coaching tailored to the needs of the Concierge team including training new, entry-level and existing members. The position is also responsible for assisting in identifying areas of improvement to enhance the quality of service delivered within the Concierge team.
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training for new hire, recurrent, new product and service, systems training, customer interaction, workflow enhancements and soft skills training including preparing training materials in full compliance with the company regulations. Training methods to include: on-the-job, one on one interaction/coaching, classroom presentation, staff meeting presentations, bulletins, on-line knowledge base and job aids.
2. Assist in the induction of new staff, from across the organization, providing an understanding of the interaction between the Concierge team and the rest of the organization.
3. Develop testing modules to ensure knowledge retention; measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training including facilitating, assigning and monitoring online assessments.
4. Work with the Concierge management teams and other Learning, Development and Quality consultants to conduct training needs analysis; measuring training results and reporting.
Qulifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 4 years working experience in developing and delivering training programs.
2. Experience in an environment delivering outstanding customer and/or concierge services to high net income end-users, QA experience is a plus.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills required; excellent Written and Spoken English, second foreign language is expected.
4. Ability to help identify and solve problems and operate independently. Ability to teach and effectively deliver training programs to all levels of audiences.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
