The Job
1.Deliver high quality training and coaching tailored.
2.Assist in identifying areas of improvement to enhance the quality of service delivered within the Concierge team.
3.Develop testing modules to ensure knowledge retention.
4.Conduct training needs analysis; measure training results and reporting.
5.Update of the training materials and courses.
6.Conduct coaching and training sessions to provide feedback to staff on case and call reviews.
7.Participate in client, group level audits and tender preparation as required.
The Person
1.Bachelor degree.
2.At least 2 years working experience, and proven track record as an effective trainer for at least 2 years. Some experience in QA will also be preferred.
3.Exhibit strong leadership, passion for customer services, excellent interpersonal skills.
4.Proficient use of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook.
5.Excellent written and oral English.
