职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Providing a consistent Sales administrative support function to the Sales Department in relation to Sales Operation.
2. Provide a efficient and accurate support in relation on client renewal, operational on-boarding of clients , billing and reporting. Assist Sales on the communication with clients.
3. Work with the Head of Client Services to assist in the implementation of and efficient adherence to the required and key processes of the Client Services.
4. Interfacing effectively internally with Marketing, Operations, Billing, Commercial Desk and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient management of clients
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Strong Customer Service Skills and Service sense.
3. Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience in working in a multinational Company is a plus.
5. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
6. Proficient use of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and etc.
