职位描述
Key responsibilities:
- This is a newly created position and right hand person to the Finance Director
- Primary task is to set setting up the bid management function within the organization
- Support bidding and contract negotiations and provide financial solutions and pricing structure in meeting financial goals
- Responsible for sales finance and contract management process implementation and optimization
- Support the FD in driving top line and bottom line financial KPI
Requirements:
- At least 15 years working experience with US or European MNC in the hi-tech industry with minimum 5 years at controller level
- Experience in complex sales and commercial contract and bid management and related risk and business modeling
- Hands on SAP knowledge and prior experience in leading order management function is a PLUS
- A combination of experience in financial controlling and sales finance or commercial is a prerequisite
