Other Position Information:

？ Does require ability to attend virtual meetings in multiple time zones, and occasionally in person (as location permits)

？ Some travel may be required within region (3-4x per year)

GRC ‘Microsoft Academy for College Hires’Operations Specialist’s capacity will work closely with GCR MACH MBA PM to ensure the MACH MCE end to end smooth program implementation; take the full ownership on the program operations and logistics to ensure the program hit every milestone, excellent experience for all the hires. Also, 70% of this role’s capacity will also be in global MACH operations team to support global MACH program. He/She should be able to work independently and proactively with MACH MCE PM, Asia MACH Lead, and global MACH Operations lead to help achieve global MACH and MCE program to a higher level.
