Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with FESCO, PwC, Finance and payroll function to regularly managehousing fund and stock for Chinese nationality, as well as social insurance for both Chinese and LHF.
Conduct necessary communication with employees regarding social insurance, housing fund and stock issues.
Responsible to solve any social insurance, housing fund and stock related cases.
Involve in CRMmaintenance team, ensure every employee enquiry regarding housing fund and stock for Chinese nationality, and social insurance for both Chinese and LHF is responded in time.
Present payroll/benefits session in NEO and stock session for Chinese nationality employees.
Assist benefit program management, e.g. commercial insurance.
Provide other assistance in HR related projects upon request.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years HR operation experience. Bachelor degree in related field is preferred.
Experiences on social insurance and housing fund management in different cities.
Payroll experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication ability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
Be able to work efficiently under pressure and within short time constraints.
Be self-motivated and be able to work independently to achieve results.
High degree of accuracy and attention to details are required.
The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
ProficientEnglish oral and writingskills.
