1. Responsibilities
- Lead HR related projects and initiatives for all HR modules
- Set up training plan for the company and implement all trainings
- Monitor and follow up with performance assessment process
- Serve as main window person for employee relations
- Take charge of all HR reporting
- Help with other HR related activities wherever necessary

2. Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring Huamn Resources or relevant major
- 5+ years experience with 1+ year experience in management position, familiar with all HR modules, especially in people development and employee relations
- Good English or German
- Structured and logic in thinking
- passionate and can work under pressure
- Good team player
