职位描述
Position Title: Assistant Export Sales Manager
出口销售助理经理
Report to: Sr. Manager, Export & CS/Planning(Chiller)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the Export sales performance in terms of top line and profitability etc.
2.Regular reviewing & updating the pricing system for existing & new products to ensure to meet the sales financial objectives.
3.Building good relationship with overseas selling companies to maintain existing customers/markets. Explore new market opportunities.
4.Digesting market information from team daily inquires to feed back to marketing/engineering for product improvement
5.Coordinating with internal departments to launch and implement product program for export market on time
6.Leading the team to liaise with selling company to track the projects for win & loss analysis, support to increase the project success rate
7.Providing 3-month rolling forecast to factory with high accuracy.
8.Updating the standard operational process to improve the efficiency/productivity continuously.
9.Improving customer satisfaction for customer reception during the factory visits & witness performance testing.
Job Requirements:
1.8~10 years experience in HVAC industry, sales role is preferred, with 3~5 years team management experience.
2.Familiar with HVAC product and system
3.Strong communication skill
4.Proficient in English (oral and written)
5. Bachelor degree or above
