职位描述
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Performing basic defect analysis with the support of the trouble shooting guidance, report to engineering on the finding and follow up with the corrective action in night shift
2.Acting as production supervisor to manage the total production in shift
3.Provide timely support & coordination for any issues on -- process / quality / tester
4.Periodically monitoring the production planning execution
5.Periodically audit production line and make sure the operation in shift are in line with the company safety and quality procedure
6.Periodically check the shop floor, and make sure all the utility in facility are in good condition
7.Timely feedback to manufacturing leader on any quality and emergency situation in night shift
8.Timely report on the work order completion status in night shift
REQUIREMENT
1.College degree in the field of electrical engineering, automation or mechanical
2.2+ years Experience in electronic and assy manufacturing
3.Experience in leading a small manufacturing group
4.Basic knowledge of the electronic product trouble shooting by using DMM or Scope
5.Able to read English document and communicate by email, with English speaking as plus
6.Familiar with excel and office software
7.Willing to run shift operation
