某非常具有实力的地产公司招聘上海城市总经理职位
全面负责区域的投资开发和运营工作，参与制定公司整体经营计划及战略经营规划并实施
推动区域投资,开发,运营业务实施，执行总部相关政策；
负责找项目源, 拿地, 报批,项目设计, 开发, 项目公司管理,多项目运营
负责区域团队的搭建，组织编制及日常管理工作；
本科及以上学历，建筑、房地产、经济、市场等相关专业
八年以上大中型房地产开发公司城市总管理工作经验，有独立操作多项目运营经历
具备独立的决策能力和大型房地产项目综合管理能力，并且具有较强的组织协调管理能力、敏锐的洞察力及资金管理能力
思路清晰，做事果断，具有良好的执行力、判断力、危机事件管理与决策能力，具有一定的前瞻性和创新意识
熟悉相关法律法规，熟悉房地产行业相关政策、流程，行业发展趋势及当前格局
