Key responsibilities:
Helping to plan the direction of the business for short and medium term strategy.
Promoting sales to relevant stakeholders, including end users, and other divisions within our group (typically HVAC-OEM) and distribution partners.
Be able to work independently, and also in very closely cooperation within global Sensor team and other sales divisions in the group in order to always find the best possible solutions/approach for developing & growing the business and serving our common & individual customers
Creating the sales plans & activities for your area
Very closely work with other divisional Sales Teams in other business areas within China:
- Visiting the customers alone or together with Sales Managers
- Continuously exchanging of relevant business information
- Providing the best solutions for specific applications
- Sales support activities (quotations, pricing, delivery terms, sampling)
- Following the projects & quotations
- Handle the customer`s reclamations through customer service
Internal & External training for new products for all sales & distribution staff in other division, showing capability of product range in a variety of applications.
Ensuring a close personal relationship with the decision makers.
Identifying new potential markets and applications, and sharing info with relevant colleagues
Keep us all updated on competitors, their technologies and products coming to the market
Visiting the relevant international & national exhibitions to generate new customers.
Continuously improving of IT-skills in order to be able to find & create the relevant information & statistics from SAP
