Business Development Manager
Our client is a well-known European developer and manufacturer of the world-class luxury brassware products, specialized in products for the building and home decoration industry. The products are sold worldwide and achieved a number of design awards.
We are looking for a BD Manager based in Shanghai to take the lead on sales and further business development (Show-room based in Central Shanghai)
Key responsibilities:
? Setting sales goals and business development strategies, leading sales team to promote sales performance
? Scheduling meetings with current and potential specifying architects and developers in order to promote forthcoming projects
? Overseeing high profile company’s projects from design stage through to installation
? Ensuring all architects and designers in Shanghai are updated with current company’s literature
? Maintaining the client database and Customer Management System
Qualifications:
? Strong sales background – preferably within the sanitary brassware industry or a background within the architectural and design industry
? Experienced in visiting architects, designers and developers
? Self-driven, motivated and sales-oriented
? Leadership, strong communication and coordination skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
? Passionate about design, ability to convey ideas and brand value
