Job Scope
As BD Manager, you are responsible for further development of our business in China market with a focus on specific industries and regions (to be decided. Develop distributers and participate in client meetings and educate distributers and help close deals with client.
Responsibilities:
? Spot and cultivate new customers (often together with our distributers)
? Identify and develop new customers/distributor/ OEM/ business and also maintain the existing customers/ distributor/ OEM/business;
? Establish customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs in their future projects;
? Providing support to distributors with respect of marketing, key account visiting etc.
? Demonstrate prospects or customers our company, products, and offer through presentation according to company's standard when there is possibility;
? Share with others information of market and competitors to help create sales support;
? Report to General Manager, including monthly sales meetings/follow up
? Work as a team member for realization of team sales target;
Qualifications needed for this position:
? Experience in develop and manage sales channels
? University degree in industrial Automation/Mechanical-Electronic Engineering;
? Some years BD/Sales experience position of selling equipment for industrial automation; Alternative could be the sales of materials/tools for industrial automation;
? Proactive, aggressive and initiative;
? Good interpersonal & presentation skill; Good English (both writing and speaking);
