Consultant (Projects) - Recruitment
Access People is a Recruitment & Headhunting Company - currently with offices in Beijing and Shanghai. We deliver to clients in China, Hong Kong and Singapore - mainly to Multinational companies, and also to larger Chinese corporations.
We are looking for experienced HR/Recruitment professionals who have interest in being part of the team delivering on Retained and RPO search projects.
We offer a solid client/candidate base, access to retained/RPO projects if you like, good colleagues, great freedom for you to influence your own work and a very good award and bonus systems.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage search projects for clients in China/Asia - this can include both projects with our existing clients, and the development new clients for Retained and RPO projects, as well as Contingency projects when we find it suitable.
? Analyze and bridge between client and candidates - deliver the solutions in timely matter
? Manage the process from the first client talks through search, interviews, evaluation, to offer stage and beyond.
? Act as Access People representative at relevant business events in China
? You will be working close together with experienced Consultants from whom you will able to rely on solid execution of Searches, including professional handling of clients and candidates
? We will further develop your skills in people communication, client management/control, contract negotiation, organizational set-ups, assessment tools and judgment of people strengths/weaknesses.
? We offer an ongoing training program which is tailor-made for consultants in all levels and areas. The training program is developed by a group of very experienced American, British and Asian executives within our industry.

? We are looking for a result and service oriented person, who can build trust with candidates, clients and colleagues
? You can lead by example and motivate other people to support and follow your lead
? We are looking for experienced Recruiters who have ambition to build a solid career, including income, in Executive Search.
? You like the daily work of communication and meeting with many new people
? Strong it getting things executed and always with a positive attitude
? Team oriented and open to share info about opportunities and challenges with others
? Good English skills, and Mandarin skills a big plus
? University degree
