职位描述

Title: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Director
Location: Sales Office-Shanghai
Note:(hope candidates 东南亚人 新加坡 马来西亚)

Position Summary
In conjunction with Sales Director, this position is responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of sales activities in designated regional market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participates in establishing sales and target customer strategies for the Company in conjunction with the Sales Director.
2. Develops and implements the regional sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in designated regional market.
3. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly in designated regional market.
4. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations of sales associates to develop and control sales program in designated regional market.
5. Establishes compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans in conjunction with the Sales Director.
6. Identifies new accounts to sell products and services into, develops and maintains relationships with new and existing costumers to expand sales.
7. Coordinates the specific objectives of the sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Manufacturing, Marketing, Engineering and Finance.
8. represents the company at conferences, press and other related sales and customer promote the company.
9. Directs channel development activity and coordinates distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and assisting distributors in attaining new accounts.
10. Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
11. Gathers feedback through field activity and transfers the feedback to appropriate company staff.
12. Plans, organizes and delivers product training and application seminars for sales associates, distributors and customers.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manages the sales office and hosts customer visits.
2. Participates in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
3. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The total number of employees that this position supervises directly and indirectly is 2.

Positions reporting to this position include:
- Sales Manager
- Senior Account/Account Manager
- Sales representative / Engineer
- Sales Assistant

Required Education/Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above with a major in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
2. 10+ years in industrial product sales or marketing, with 5+ in supervisor position.
3. Solid Experience in sales management, project management and distributor management.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills
1. Highly effective leadership, management and communication skills.
2. Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering products.
3. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in high-pressure environment.
4. Good command of written and oral English.
5. Thorough knowledge of MS Office.

Working Conditions
Mainly works at office environment. No special labor protection is needed. Regular travel is required.
