职位描述
This position is to provide customer services with liner internal & external customers, which includes respond to various customer enquiry, data input & validation and provide information & solution equipped with profound knowledge of shipping industry as well as APL business to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibility:
1. Accurately & timely data input & validation and essential documents preparation
2. Respond to customer’s enquiry via phone/mail with sense of excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with customers.
3. Coordinate with internal and external customers to smooth cargo loading
4. Shipment trace and follow-up activities.
5. VIP account follow-up
6. Provide customer required information & timely/effective solution of any issues/problems arising in daily operations.
7. Maintain good relationship with external customers via phone conversation
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, major in Shipping or Trading is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Typing speed with 200wpm at least
- General proficient shipping industry knowledge
Competence Requirement:
- Good communication skill,
- Good sense of responsibility and ownership,
- Good team work player
- Strong learning agility with initiative of eager to learn
- Effective time management
