职位描述
Job Description:
1. 熟悉货代操作流程和CONSOLIDATION操作模式
2. 了解保税区操作
3. 对报关,仓储有基本的认识
4. 英语读写能力良好,CET-4
5. 工作有主动性,认真负责
1. Liaise and co-ordinates with operations on orders fulfillment.
2. Handle and follow-up on customer enquiries, provide timely feedbacks, taking order from customers, follow up the daily shipment;
3. Co-ordinate with clients & overseas agent;
4. Maintain and enhance effectively customer service in operations and service with customers;
5. Providing customers with product and service information; promoting good relationship with customer by satisfying customer, willingness to help at all times;
6. Following up unsolved customer inquiries and found answer to customer queries;
7. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, service recovery and special service requirement;
8. Performs other job related duties as and when required by manager.
Requirements:
1. Above Bachelor degree, Education/qualification preferred.
2. 2-3 years related experience.
3. Confident, out-going with exceptional networking, inter-personal and influencing skills.
4. Highly motivated and able to work under their own initiative.
5. Process oriented with great attention to detail.
6. Computer literate and comfortable with technology.
7. Possessing advanced communication and presentational skills.
8. Written & Spoken in English are necessary.
