Job Details:
Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Location: Shanghai, China)
Report to: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Main responsibilities:
1.In coordination with the Commercial Department, set up the strategy to expand the customer base in the assigned market.
2.Identifying new prospects and promoting sales in the industrial, warehousing, office and R&D center projects.
3.Propose and organize marketing activities and events in China.
4.Build and maintain a good relationship with the related government organizations, medias and business associations.
5.Expand the network of commercial partnerships.
6.In the frame of a design and build offer, identifying the customer needs (financial, technical and geographical) and develop a sales strategy for each project.
7.Elaborating timely customized and innovative proposals and participate to negotiating commercial contracts.
8.Participate with sales activities with other sales divisions within GSE Group and with internal departments involved in the sales effort (Marketing & Communication Departments) .
The Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:
1.Minimum 6 years’ experience in areas of sales development within the construction sector.
2.Good communication skill, local network & industry know-how.
3.University degree or above, major in marketing / business / management, Engineering Diploma holder would be an advantage.
4.The candidate should have a mature personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.

汇报对象: 业务发展总监
主要职责：
1.与商务部的协作，设立公司战略，以扩大其在指定市场的客户群。
2.寻找并开发新的工业，物流，办公设施及研发中心项目。
3.计划组织中国境内的市场活动。
4.建立和保持与相关政府机构，媒体及商会的良好关系。
5.扩展商业伙伴人际网络。
6.参与总承包报价书的制作，确认客户在项目财政，技术及地域的需求，为每个项目发展商务策略。
7.在规定时间内制定详尽的富创新精神的意见书，参与项目商务合同的谈判。
8.参与集团内其他事业分部的商务活动，及公司内部的销售工作（市场传播部门）。
职位要求：
1.建筑工程领域市场销售方面至少6年的相关工作经验。
2.具备良好的沟通能力，完善的人际关系网及工业知识。
3.本科及以上学历，主修市场/商务/管理，工程类相关专业毕业者优先考虑。
4.个性成熟，具备优秀的口头及书面沟通技巧。
